Calvary Chapel scaled the state rankings by moving to 725 from 858 this week, the biggest jump in Orange Coast. The Eagles were able to move up by beating Orange 49-21.

Calvary Chapel took down the Panthers 49-21 last week, the largest margin of any game. Danny Mattero threw for 302 yards and 4 touchdowns and ran for 36 yards in the win.

He was 17-23 with 1 interception.

Nathan Lancaster was the most successful running back in the league this week. He ran for 91 yards on 18 carries as Laguna Beach bested Orange. Andres DeLaRosa also contributed to the rushing game with 25 yards on the ground.

The Eagles' Mattero and Joey Cox led the league in both passing and receiving yards. Mattero has thrown for 779 yards this season, while Cox, a 5-foot-9 receiver, has 20 catches for 237 yards. Lancaster from the Breakers leads the league in rushing with 624 yards.

Godinez and Sunny Hills played the closest game in Orange Coast this week, with Godinez eventually emerging with a 22-21 victory.
