Unicoi County not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since March 4th (when they won 11-0). They blew past the Grainger Grizzlies 11-1. This was a revenge game for the Blue Devils: when they faced off against the Grizzlies two weeks ago, they had to take a 13-9 loss.

Tanner White looked comfortable as he pitched four innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits.

At the plate, Dustin Bogart was excellent, going 1-for-2 with three RBI and one run. That's the most RBI he has posted over his last ten matches. The team also got some help courtesy of Kolby Jones, who got on base in two of his three plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Unicoi County always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .519. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Unicoi County's win bumped their record up to 15-8. As for Grainger, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-16 record this season.

Unicoi County will look to defend their home field on Monday against Tennessee at 6:00 p.m. As for Grainger, they will take on Volunteer at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
