With a playoff win on the line, Wheaton-Warrenville South rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 9-1 margin over the Geneva Vikings. Considering the Tigers have won 11 contests by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Wheaton-Warrenville South has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-10 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.3 runs over those games. As for Geneva, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-24.

As of now, neither Wheaton-Warrenville South nor the Vikings have any future games scheduled.
