Volleyball Recap: Make It Five in a Row for Kellam + How To Watch

Kellam entered their tilt with Bayside on Thursday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They put the hurt on the Marlins with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Knights, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Kellam was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-10, 25-18.

Kellam can attribute much of their success to Giulia Alison, who had 18 digs. That's the most digs Alison has posted over her last six matchups. Skylar Witte also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.

Kellam was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 15 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in 14 consecutive contests dating back to last season.

Kellam's win bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Bayside, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-5.
