Basketball Recap: Red Cloud Gets the Win

Red Cloud won the last time they faced Lewiston and Mason Bolin did his part to make sure it happened again. The Warriors really took it to the Tigers for the full four quarters, racking up a 68-30 victory for which the team can thank Bolin, who dropped a double-double with 24 points and 13 rebounds. Bolin is crushing it when it comes to boards: he's pulled down at least eight every time he's taken the court this season.

Lewiston's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Grady Weyers, who posted 11 points.

Red Cloud's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Lewiston, they now also have a losing record of 1-2.

Red Cloud didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 42-37 victory against Sumner-Eddyville-Miller on the 13th. As for Lewiston, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 66-48 defeat against Parkview Christian on the 18th.
