Football Game Recap: Fowler vs. Western Plains

Fowler won the last time they faced Western Plains, and things went their way on Friday, too. Fowler steamrollered Western Plains 79-0. Fowler were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.

The victory bumped Fowler's record up to 1-2. Western Plains are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-3.

Next week Fowler take on Rolla at 7:00 PM. Western Plains will have some time to rest before their next game, which is against Cheylin in two weeks. Western Plains come in off of three low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the squad is obviously eager to reverse.
