Soccer Recap: Seward Comes Up Short

Seward came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Schuyler Warriors, falling 6-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Schuyler this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-2 last Thursday.

Seward's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Schuyler, their win bumped their record up to 13-0.

Seward wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 6-0 defeat against Lexington on the 18th. As for Schuyler, they have also already played their next contest, a 1-1 victory against Northwest on the 18th.
