Hutchinson-Central Tech kept up with Lafayette until halftime on Tuesday, but afterwards: not so much. The Generals were the clear victors by a 4-1 margin over the Engineers. Lafayette might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by three goals or more this season.

They hit Hutchinson-Central Tech with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Dieu Merci Samuel (2), Amin Jalima, and Eca Kabeza.

The victory keeps Lafayette at an undefeated 6-0-1. As for Hutchinson-Central Tech, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Lafayette will take on City Honors at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hutchinson-Central Tech does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
