Basketball Recap: Santiago's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Wednesday

After flying high against Corona last Monday, Santiago came back down to earth. The Santiago Sharks took a 76-70 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Centennial Huskies. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Sharks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 53-47 on January 9th.

The defeat snapped Santiago's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 21-9 record. As for Centennial, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a massive bump to their 14-15 record this season.
