Basketball Recap: Irrigon Wins Going Away Against Ontario

There's no place like home for Irrigon, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They walked away with a 30-22 victory over the Ontario Tigers on Saturday. The contest marked the Knights' most dominant win of the season so far.

Irrigon pushed their record up to 3-4 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of four points across that stretch. As for Ontario, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-6.

Irrigon will be home for the holidays to greet South Wasco County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ontario, they will venture away from home to challenge Weiser at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Weiser will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Ontario surely won't give up without a fight.
