Miller entered their tilt with Marionville on Friday with seven consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with eight. They blew past the Comets 16-1. The Cardinals might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 14 matchups by seven runs or more this season.

Miller pushed their record up to 16-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games.
