Softball Recap: Rogers Takes a Loss

Rogers fell victim to Northwood and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They came up short against the Rangers, falling 14-0. The Rams haven't had much luck with the Rangers recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Rogers' loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Northwood, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.

Rogers will venture away from home to square off against Scott at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Northwood, they will host St. Joseph Central Catholic at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Rangers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Crimson Streaks have averaged an impressive 9.8 runs per game this season.
