Basketball Recap: Verdigris Takes a Loss

Verdigris lost against Hilldale back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Verdigris Cardinals had to suffer through a 67-32 loss at the hands of the Hilldale Hornets. The game marked the Cardinals' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Verdigris' loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Hilldale, their victory bumped their record up to 2-4.

Verdigris and Catoosa will compete for holiday cheer at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Hilldale will take on Non Varsity Opponent in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
