Soccer Game Preview: North Moore vs. Seaforth

North Moore is 0-6 against Seaforth since March of 2022 but things could change on Monday. The Mustangs will take on the Hawks at 7:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as North Moore comes in on four and Seaforth on nine.

North Moore had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the nine-goal drubbing they dealt Cummings on Friday. The Mustangs never let the Cavaliers get on the board and left with a 9-0 win. Considering North Moore have won six contests by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Seaforth got the win against Southern Lee on Friday by a conclusive 5-0. Seaforth are also no stranger to big wins: their blowout was the 11th match they've won by 3+ goals this season.

North Moore's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-2. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 22 goals over those four games. As for Seaforth, their victory bumped their record up to 12-2-1.

North Moore might still be hurting after the 9-0 loss they got from Seaforth in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Can the Mustangs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
