Recap: St. Luke's Episcopal Wildcats vs. Chickasaw Chieftains

The St. Luke's Episcopal Wildcats lost to the Chickasaw Chieftains on January 5th, but the St. Luke's Episcopal Wildcats didn't allow the Chickasaw Chieftains the same satisfaction on Tuesday. St. Luke's Episcopal walked away with a 45-36 win over Chickasaw. That's two games straight that St. Luke's Episcopal has won by exactly nine points.

Chickasaw's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Marvin Brooks, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 11 rebounds. Brooks has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last three times he's played. JaVon Mose was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 11 points and ten rebounds.

St. Luke's Episcopal is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 10-9 record this season. As for Chickasaw, their loss dropped their record down to 15-7.
