Volleyball Recap: Paso Robles Comes Up Short

Paso Robles was the 3-1 winner over St. Joseph when they last played one another back in October of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Bearcats fell just short of the Knights by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. The Bearcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Paso Robles sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The final score came out to 25-18, 19-25, 25-21, 20-25, 15-13.

Paso Robles' defeat dropped their record down to 8-11. As for St. Joseph, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-7.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Paso Robles is set to face off against their familiar foe Templeton at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, St. Joseph will challenge rival Morro Bay at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
