Volleyball Recap: Kopperl Comes Up Short

Kopperl entered their match against Blum on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Eagles lost 3-0 to the Bobcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Kopperl's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Blum, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-20 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Kopperl will challenge rival Morgan at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Blum is set to take on their familiar foe Covington at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
