Soccer Recap: Frankfort Comes Up Short at Home Against Robert C. Byrd

Frankfort unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They lost 10-1 to the Robert C. Byrd Eagles on Saturday. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Frankfort were already down 6-0.

Robert C. Byrd has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Frankfort will face off against Moorefield at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Robert C. Byrd, they will square off against Lewis County at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. This will be Robert C. Byrd's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
