Volleyball Recap: Divine Child Comes Up Short in High-Profile Match with Brighton

Divine Child faced Brighton in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Falcons fell 2-0 to the Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Falcons of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2023.

Divine Child now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Brighton, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Divine Child didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against North Farmington on the 21st. As for Brighton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Allen Park on the 20th.
