Soccer Game Preview: Oxford vs. Lewisburg + Official Tickets

The Oxford Chargers will face off against the Lewisburg Patriots at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few goals on average (Oxford 0.2, Lewisburg 0.5) so any goals scored will be well earned.

Oxford's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They blew past Lafayette 4-0. Oxford have beaten Lafayette the last five times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest Lafayette has come to flipping the script.

Meanwhile, Lewisburg was able to grind out a solid victory over Saltillo on Thursday, taking the game 3-1.

The Patriots hit the Tigers with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Lilly Greene, Mia Cagle, and Oakley Gunderson.

Oxford's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Lewisburg, their victory bumped their record up to 6-0.
