Meanwhile, Eagle Ridge Academy faced Stargate School in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The two teams finished up on equal footing with a 3-3 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked Eagle Ridge Academy's first draw of the season.

Kent Denver's win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-2-1 and their overall record up to 3-4-3. With that draw, Eagle Ridge Academy's record moves to 5-0-1.

Everything went Kent Denver's way against Eagle Ridge Academy when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as Kent Denver made off with a 3-0 victory.
