Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lewisville). Everything went their way against the Lamar Silver Foxes on Tuesday as they made off with an 18-6 win. Considering the Lions have won 13 contests by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Lewisville is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.3 runs over those games. As for Lamar, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-8.

Lewisville will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Silver Foxes: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
