Fannett Metal won against Shalom Christian Academy on Monday with eight runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. Fannett Metal beat the Windber Ramblers by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 8-2. Considering Fannett Metal has won seven games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Fannett Metal let Jake Coffman and Adam Hammond run wild. Coffman went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one run, while Hammond got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs.

The win made it two in a row for Fannett Metal and bumps their season record up to 7-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 4 runs in those games. As for Windber, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3.

Looking ahead, Fannett Metal will head out to challenge East Juniata at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Windber, they will host Rockwood at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
