King has gone 6-1 against Catalyst-Maria recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The King Jaguars will head out to square off against the Catalyst-Maria Wolves at 6:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (King has three straight victories, Catalyst-Maria has four straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

King is headed into the matchup after thoroughly thrashing Hancock: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that King blew Hancock out of the water with a 61-10 final score. With the Jaguars ahead 40-5 at the half, the game was all but over already.

King found their leader in sophomore Corey Wellere, who posted 19 points. Another player making a difference was Amir Brown, who had 15 points.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 50-22, which was the final score in Catalyst-Maria's tilt against Woodlawn on Monday. The contest marked the Wolves' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

King is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.0 points per game. As for Catalyst-Maria, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.
