Elmira scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 40-28 to the Creswell Bulldogs. The Falcons were not able to make up for their loss to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Talon Jerabek threw for 158 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 15 passes.

This is the second loss in a row for Elmira and nudges their season record down to 1-4. As for Creswell, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 3-3 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Elmira will challenge La Pine at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Falcons will be up against the Hawks' rather soft defense (which has allowed 43.83 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Creswell, they will face off against Madras at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
