The Hurricanes came up short against the Bulldogs on Friday, falling 3-0. Having soared to a lofty eight goals in the game before, Hampton County's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Hampton County has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season. As for Silver Bluff, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-3-1.
