Round Rock is 10-0 against Vista Ridge since February of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Round Rock Dragons will challenge the Vista Ridge Rangers at 7:00 p.m. Round Rock will be strutting in after a victory while Vista Ridge will be coming in after a defeat.

Having struggled with five losses in a row, Round Rock turned things around against Vandegrift on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 58-39 win over the Vipers.

Meanwhile, Vista Ridge came up short against Round Rock Westwood on Friday and fell 45-36. While losing is never fun, the Rangers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 329th, while the Warriors are ranked 39th).

Round Rock will have to keep a close watch on Gavin Howard and Mason Kuehn, a pair of players who had a big impact on Vista Ridge's prior game. Howard posted 12 points and seven rebounds, while Kuehn put up seven points along with eight rebounds and three steals.

Round Rock's victory bumped their record up to 17-8. As for Vista Ridge, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-12.

Round Rock strolled past Vista Ridge when the teams last played back in November of 2024 by a score of 51-34. The rematch might be a little tougher for Round Rock since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
