Softball Preview: Burlingame Bearcats vs. Mission Valley Vikings

Burlingame is 0-10 against Mission Valley since April of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Burlingame Bearcats will look to defend their home field against the Mission Valley Vikings at 4:30 p.m. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Monday, Burlingame beat Olpe 7-4. The win was just what Burlingame needed coming off of a 15-0 defeat in their prior matchup.

Meanwhile, Mission Valley can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent contest on Thursday. They put the hurt on Central Heights with a sharp 14-3 victory. The win was familiar territory for Mission Valley who now have six in a row.
