Basketball Recap: South Comes Up Short

South was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 33rd straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Central Indians 72-25. While losing is never fun, the Bison can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wyoming basketball rankings (they are ranked 57th, while the Indians are ranked third).

South's loss dropped their record down to 0-19. As for Central, their victory was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 19-1.

South has already played their next contest (against East), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Central, they will face off against Laramie at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
