Football Game Preview: Tottenville Pirates vs. Curtis Warriors

The Tottenville Pirates will venture away from home to challenge the Curtis Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Tottenville will come into the contest with an undefeated record on the line.

On Sunday, everything came up roses for Tottenville against Kennedy as the team secured a 42-8 win. The Pirates might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Curtis, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They strolled past DeWitt Clinton with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 27-8. The victory continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Governors: they've now won three in a row.

Tottenville's record now sits at 9-0. As for Curtis, their record is now 8-1.

Tottenville ended up a good deal behind Curtis when the teams last played back in November of 2024, losing 24-7. Thankfully for the Pirates, Nicholas Moukazis (who rushed for 163 yards and a pair of scores while picking up 7.8 yards per carry) won't be suiting up this time.
