Pond Creek-Hunter never let their opponents score on Friday. They blew past the Ringwood Red Devils, posting a 58-0 win. That 58 point margin sets a new team best for the Panthers this season.

Pond Creek-Hunter's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Tegan Cowherd led the charge by rushing for 49 yards and one score, while also throwing for 80 yards and one touchdown. Another rusher making a difference was Laker Easley, who gained 76 total yards and two touchdowns.

Pond Creek-Hunter didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Kyson Davis and Kohl Chavez. Davis also hauled in a receiving touchdown, marking his first of the season. He got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

The victory (which was Pond Creek-Hunter's third in a row) raised their record to 3-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 40.7 points over those games. As for Ringwood, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Pond Creek-Hunter will head out to challenge Oaks-Mission at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
