Soccer Recap: Armstrong Takes a Loss

After flying high against Varina last Thursday, Armstrong came back down to earth. The Wildcats took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Richmond High School for the Arts Bulldogs on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for Armstrong in their meetings with Richmond High School for the Arts: they've now lost eight in a row.

Armstrong's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3-1. As for Richmond High School for the Arts, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0-1.

Looking ahead, Armstrong will square off against Henrico at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Richmond High School for the Arts, they will take on Huguenot at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
