Basketball Game Preview: Christian Heritage Crusaders vs. Dale Pirates

Christian Heritage hasn't had much luck against Dale recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Christian Heritage Crusaders will head out on the road to take on the Dale Pirates at 6:30 p.m.

Last Friday, Christian Heritage came up short against Southwest Covenant and fell 51-42.

Fairland typically has all the answers at home, but on Friday Dale proved too difficult a challenge. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 67-23 win over the Owls. The Pirates have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 18 games by 20 points or more this season.

Dale is also on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 16 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 22-2 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 29.5 points. As for Christian Heritage, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-2.

Christian Heritage took a serious blow against Dale in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, falling 70-30. Can Christian Heritage avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
