Soccer Game Preview: Clare vs. Ogemaw Heights

The Clare Pioneers are taking a road trip to take on the Ogemaw Heights Falcons at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Clare is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.

On Monday, Clare came up short against Pinconning and fell 4-2.

Meanwhile, Ogemaw Heights didn't have quite enough to beat Calvary Baptist Academy on Thursday and fell 3-2.

Ogemaw Heights' loss dropped their record down to 9-6-1. As for Clare, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-9.

Clare came out on top in a nail-biter against Ogemaw Heights in their previous meeting on September 3rd, sneaking past 1-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Pioneers since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
