Volleyball Recap: Newcomb Comes Up Short

Newcomb lost against Pine Hill back in October of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Skyhawks fell 3-1 to the Warriors.

Newcomb's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Pine Hill, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-4 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Newcomb will take on Navajo Pine in a tournament on Saturday. As for Pine Hill, they will be taking part in a tournament against Ramah at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
