Soccer Recap: Battery Creek Takes a Loss

Battery Creek entered their game against Hanahan on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Dolphins fell just short of the Hawks by a score of 2-1. Having soared to a lofty five goals in the game before, Battery Creek couldn't push the score so high this time.

Battery Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5-1. As for Hanahan, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2-1 record this season.
