Football Game Recap: St. Mary vs. Wallington

After a disappointing 6 points in the game before, Wallington made sure to put some points up on the board against St. Mary on Saturday. Wallington blew past St. Mary 38-8. Wallington were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.

The victory bumped Wallington's record up to 1-2. St. Mary are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-3.

Next week Wallington take on Emerson at 7:00 PM. The teams have set a high bar for this match after stand-out offensive performances in their previous contests. As for St. Mary, they will face off against Weehawken. Both of those teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
