Arvada proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by three) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a set and slipped past The Pinnacle Timberwolves 3-2. The victory continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Timberwolves: they've now won five in a row.

Arvada took The Pinnacle into a fifth set where they got it done with a eight-point win. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-14, 26-24, 14-25, 15-7.

Arvada's win bumped their record up to 5-6. As for The Pinnacle, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.
