Mascenic Regional won the last time they faced Hinsdale and things went their way on Monday too. The Vikings put the hurt on the Pacers with a sharp 13-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Vikings, who have now won six matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Mascenic Regional's victory bumped their record up to 10-2. As for Hinsdale, their loss dropped their record down to 4-8.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Mascenic Regional will face off against rival Concord Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Vikings 3.8, the Kingsmen 1.9) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Hinsdale is set to take on their familiar foe Wilton-Lyndeborough at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
