Soccer Game Preview: Kell vs. Westminster + How To Watch

The Kell Longhorns will venture away from home to challenge the Westminster Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Kell came up short against Marietta on Tuesday, falling 6-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Kell were already down 4-0.

Meanwhile, Westminster was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to Centennial. While losing is never fun, Westminster can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 139th, while Centennial are ranked 35th).

Kell's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Westminster, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-13.

Kell couldn't quite get it done against Westminster when the teams last played back in March as they fell 3-1. Can the Longhorns avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
