Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Butler). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Trotwood-Madison Rams a 29-0 shutout on Wednesday. Considering the Aviators have won 13 matchups by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Butler's win bumped their record up to 21-2. As for Trotwood-Madison, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-15.

Coming up, Butler is taking a road trip to square off against Centerville at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Aviators 2.7, the Elks 3.6) so any runs scored will be well earned. Trotwood-Madison does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
