On Wednesday, Jemez Valley got the win against Navajo Pine by a conclusive 21-3. The Warrior have beaten the Warriors the last six times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Warriors has come to flipping the script.

Meanwhile, Hozho Academy made easy work of Socorro on Friday and carried off a 12-4 win. That's two games straight that the Wolves have won by exactly eight runs.

The team relied heavily on Keihin Kirk, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one run. Another player making a difference was Brody Brown, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Hozho Academy's victory bumped their record up to 18-4. As for Jemez Valley, the win got them back to even at 11-11.
