Basketball Recap: Kingsbury Comes Up Short

Kingsbury was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 17th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Wooddale Cardinals, falling 60-35. The game marked the Falcons' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Kingsbury's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Wooddale, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

Kingsbury will take on Memphis Academy of Science and Engineering in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wooddale, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Wooddale Cardinals duke it out with the Hamilton Wildcats at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday. Wooddale is facing Hamilton at the right time seeing as Hamilton is stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
