Basketball Recap: Paoli Takes a Loss

The Paoli Pugs lost 78-54 to the Pittsburg Panthers on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Pugs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 448th, while the Panthers are ranked 203rd).

This is the second loss in a row for Paoli and nudges their season record down to 9-14. As for Pittsburg, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-10.

Paoli does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pittsburg, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 67-51 loss against Tupelo on the 15th.
