Volleyball Recap: Wind River Cougars vs. Big Piney Punchers
Wind River was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Big Piney Punchers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cougars of the 3-2 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September.
The match came down to the wire multiple times:three sets needed extra rallies to declare a winner. The final score came out to 25-16, 31-33, 26-24, 28-26.
Wind River's defeat dropped their record down to 0-14-1. As for Big Piney, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-19-1.
