On SaturdayNon Varsity Opponent kept up with Minto until halftime, but afterwards: not so much. The Minto Lakers were the clear victor by a 51-30 margin over Non Varsity Opponent. The win continues a trend for the Lakers in their matchups with Non Varsity Opponent: they've now won five in a row.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Minto to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jena Smith, who posted 14 points. Tayla Baker was another key player, putting up 18 points.

Minto's victory bumped their record up to 10-8.
