Whitehall can bid farewell to their six-match losing streak thanks to their match on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Manistee Mariners. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Vikings also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Whitehall had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-23, 25-21, 25-21.

Delaney Kramer paced Whitehall's offense, picking up three kills. Kramer got some help from Annaliegh Mulder and her four assists. Kate Beda controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Whitehall picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 4-21. As for Manistee, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-9.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Whitehall is set to challenge their familiar foe Fremont at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Manistee will face off against rival Montague at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
