It's playoff time, and Clearfield had no trouble coming through when it counted. They enjoyed a cozy 45-26 win over the St. Marys Flying Dutch on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for the Bison in their matchups with the Flying Dutch: they've now won eight in a row.

Braison Patrick was his usual excellent self, going 6-for-11 on his way to 20 points in addition to six rebounds and five assists. That makes it five consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Clearfield's points. Another player making a difference was Ev Maines, who went 5-for-10 to rack up 15 points.

Clearfield's win bumped their record up to 14-9. As for St. Marys, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-15 record this season.

Clearfield will face off against Obama Academy of International Studies on Saturday. Clearfield is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 55.6 points per game this season. St. Marys does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
