The Crusaders blew past the Warriors 10-3 on Monday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Crusaders considering their two-run performance the game before.

Clemente Cintron made a big impact no matter where he played. He struck out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up three earned runs off four hits. Those 11 strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with two RBI and one double.
In other batting news, Austin Casal was excellent, scoring a run while going 2-for-3. What's more, he posted three RBI, the most he's had since back in April of 2024. Connor Albert was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.
Notre Dame-Green Pond kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, Pen Argyl suffered their closest loss since May 7, 2024 on Monday. They fell just short of Palmerton by a score of 3-1. The Green Knights have struggled against the Blue Bombers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.
Pen Argyl saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cayden Vishnesky, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases.
Notre Dame-Green Pond now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Pen Argyl, they now have a losing record of 4-5-1.
Pen Argyl's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Notre Dame-Green Pond hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .319. It's a different story for Pen Argyl, though, as they've only averaged .215. Will they be able to contain Notre Dame-Green Pond's hitters?
