Berkmar hadn't done well against Meadowcreek recently (they were 0-6 in their previous six matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Patriots came out on top in a nail-biter against the Mustangs, sneaking past 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Patriots have posted since August 15, 2024.

The win made it two in a row for Berkmar and bumps their season record up to 10-11. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 1-23 Duluth and 6-9 Meadowcreek. As for Meadowcreek, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-9.
